How-To Collect Donations and Payments

Donations and Payments are through our PayPal account. The PayPal account is managed by the pack treasurer who will manage getting the donations and payments into the pack accounts. The treasurer can also download a list of transactions at anytime to enable other committee members to help with fund tracking and collection (i.e. during recharter, fundraising, etc). Pack 48 has a hosted button (https://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=49AJAM5EA8GW4) to allow people to donate to our account easily. This is the url connected to the donate/payment buttons on the website as well as to a shortlink for printed materials (bit.ly/donategoldenpack48). If there are issues with the link, follow up with the treasurer to identify the correct url.
